Terms of service

We do our best to ensure your Ata Rodo products arrive in perfect condition. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Our cooking bases and food items are perishable and cannot be restocked or resold once shipped, even if unopened.

If you’ve received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us at info@atarodo.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product and packaging. We'll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive the wrong item, or your product is damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (such as food)

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom items

REFUNDS

If your refund is approved, we’ll notify you and process it to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@atarodo.co.uk.

Please note: We currently ship within the UK only. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
