Easy Jollof Cooking Base
Easy Jollof is a ready-to-use West African cooking base made with tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onions, herbs and spices. You add rice and water. It handles the rest.
Ingredients
Tomatoes, pepper (red bell and scotch bonnet), sunflower oil, onions, spices and herbs, garlic, citric acid and water.
All ingredients you can pronounce.

This product is made in a kitchen that handles celery and mustard. It does not contain dairy, gluten, eggs or nuts.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the fridge and use within 5 days. It also freezes well. Just saying.

How to use Easy Jollof
Spoiler, it’s not complicated
- Pour 380ml of Easy Jollof into a heated pan or pot and stir for about a minute.
- Add 2 cups of washed rice and mix until the rice is fully coated in the base.
- Pour in 2 cups of water or stock (meat or vegetable), enough so the liquid slightly covers the rice.
- Add salt and any seasoning you like, then give it another good stir.
- Cover the pan and let it gently simmer on a low heat for 20–25 minutes, until the rice is soft and cooked through.
- Fluff up the rice and serve hot. If you like a bit more heat, add some chopped Scotch bonnet peppers and onions to taste.
Done, and you didn’t even break a sweat.
